ABOUT THE LEAGUE
The Startopia League is an effort to make online Startopia a much more enjoyable experience by giving it a purpose. And what is that purpose? To be in control of the entire universe!
It is all based around the 'Game Board'. The 'Game Board' is a visual representation of The Startopia League Universe. On it are many space stations. Each player is allocated one of these space stations at the beginning of the league and the aim is to gain control of them all.
To gain control of a station a player must first challenge the owner of that station and then beat them in an online game. Up to four people can fight for control of a space station so larger games are also possible.
So that things don't get out of control a set of rules have been formulated.
RULES
- All challenges must be made through the Challenge Thread on the Startopia Forums.
- All challenges must be announced on the specified challenge day. There will be one every week ( or two, its up for discussion)
- All challenges should be played out before the next challenge day.
- You are not allowed to decline a challenge without reason.
- The win conditions for any match will be set by the League Master, i.e. me.
The winner of the league will be announced when : Someone owns the majority of the stations; all other parties have retired or no one can be bothered playing any more.
